September 2019 saw this goal become a reality as Perth Property Management became winners in two award categories at the prestigious 2019 REIWA Awards For Excellence held at Perth’s Crown Casino. We were honoured to be recognised as the leading agency within the property management category taking home the following two awards:
- Residential Property Management Team Of The Year; and
- Residential Property Manager Of The Year (Kristy Yates)
About the REIWA Awards for Excellence
As explained by the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), the awards aim to encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the real estate profession and represents the highest accolade that can be bestowed by the Institute.
Judged across a multitude of factors beyond just transactional data, REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi described the awards by saying, “These Awards are the highest accolade that can be bestowed by REIWA and go beyond mere transaction acumen, recognising those who not only go above and beyond for their clients, yet are also seen as innovators to their peers, have an outstanding business acumen and are experts in their chosen field.”

It was extremely humbling for the Perth Property Management team to be awarded with an exclusive title that acknowledges the strength of our service levels behind the scenes. This title was judged around several key components of our business including business development, culture and professional development, as well as past achievements and team performance. It was an extremely proud night for the team to be recognised on centre stage at the WA real estate industry’s ‘night of nights’, with our very own Director, Kristy Yates, taking home the elite title of REIWA Property Manager of The Year. A title that is made up of a series of factors including leadership and contribution to the industry, business growth and risk management, whilst maintaining exceptional client service levels.
Motivated by a series of personal milestones and an unwavering worth ethic, Kristy is a principal who is actively involved with every property under management in her company. Her hands-on approach helps to ensure our clients are always looked after with the levels of service PPM are known for delivering within the industry.
Motivated by the vision to build Perth’s leading property management agency, Kristy’s genuine passion and ability to deliver customer satisfaction sees her as the future of Perth’s property management industry.
