Our Purpose at PPM is to do what we love so that our investment property owners have the time do what they love, whilst also benefiting from their most valuable financial asset.
Our team have worked as property managers in various large agencies who claim to be "property management specialists", however, we have found that these agencies often have other priorities which detract from their leasing focus - for example sales, buyers agents, developments and finance.
We felt that property investors deserved better, so we started an agency with a 100% focus on property management, and property management alone.
