  They were great to us without being pushy, while still making sure we didn't take liberties. That balance is hard to get right. When something needed fixing they were on it, but they also kept us accountable, which is fair enough.
  If you own a property, these are exactly the people you'd want looking after it. They clearly know how to keep tenants happy while protecting the owner's interests. Whether you're renting or need someone to manage your place, I'd definitely recommend giving them a go.
