  Toward the end of my tenancy, the owners decided to sell the property while I was going through a very serious and sensitive medical situation. Unfortunately, this created an incredibly stressful environment due to the behaviour and lack of consideration shown by the owners, and selling agent involved. It was very obvious that Kristy and Perth Property Management were placed in the middle of a very difficult situation, trying to manage multiple parties while emotions and tensions were running high.
  Despite that, Kristy handled herself with professionalism, patience, and genuine care the entire way through. She always communicated clearly, treated me with kindness and respect, and made me feel heard and supported during an extremely overwhelming time. I truly felt that she advocated for me when needed and did everything she reasonably could to ensure I felt safe, secure, and respected as a tenant.
  What stood out most was that even while being caught in the middle of an incredibly difficult situation, Perth Property Management never lost their professionalism or compassion. They genuinely tried to ensure all parties were looked after while still maintaining clear and respectful communication throughout.
  I honestly cannot thank Kristy and the team enough for the care, understanding, and support they showed me during such a stressful period. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I would absolutely recommend Perth Property Management to others and would happily deal with them again in the future.

  Jasmine Teggs was our property manager from 2023 to 2025, and she was incredible. She went above and beyond when we had a major water leak that resulted in a huge water bill. Jasmine handled the reimbursement process with the water company, which took a massive weight off our shoulders. She was also very helpful in organising repairs and always communicated our requests to the landlord, including improvements we wanted to make around the house. She was responsive, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping us.
  Since 2025, Zoe has been our property manager, and she has continued to provide outstanding service. She has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Zoe has made every interaction smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate her clear communication, reliability, and willingness to help.
