Brooke has overseen the property with a couple of different tenants now and it is also reassuring to see reviews online of PPM treating tenants with respect when they’re also so easy to work with as a landlord, it doesn’t have to be a case of ‘one or the other’, they seem to handle both sides competently and I feel really secure with them looking after my rental. Thanks for all your hard work and for always taking extra care with things, it is really reassuring to know my property is well managed.
  I am just adding an update as I have since sold the property which is no longer being rented out, but again Kristy and her team have gone above and beyond to organise things in the changeover period and were able to send through any final documents I needed for the sale and for tax. They have been fantastic to work with.
