Kristy and Brooke have been fantastic and have really helped me transition from my previous property management company which … More wasn’t fulfilling my expectations. They’re observant and attentive and although I’ve only spoken with them over email, I genuinely feel like I’m having a conversation with a real person instead of going round in circles with a business. Brooke has overseen the property with a couple of different tenants now and it is also reassuring to see reviews online of PPM treating tenants with respect when they’re also so easy to work with as a landlord, it doesn’t have to be a case of ‘one or the other’, they seem to handle both sides competently and I feel really secure with them looking after my rental.
