PPM Wins WA Commercial Property Manager of the Year for the 2nd Year Running
Perth Property Management (PPM) has once again been recognised as a leader in commercial property management in Western Australia’s real estate industry. At the annual REIWA Awards for Excellence, held at Crown Perth on Tuesday 11 November 2025, PPM took home the coveted 2025 Commercial Property Manager of the Year award.
This year’s accolade marks back-to-back wins for PPM’s Director of Commercial Property Management, Vaughan Copping, who accepted the award on behalf of the agency. It also comes shortly after Vaughan’s recognition at a national level, having also been named Australia’s Commercial Property Manager of the Year at the 2025 REIA National Awards for Excellence earlier this year.

A Testament to Leadership and Service Excellence
Vaughan’s achievement reflects his commitment to setting new standards in commercial property management in WA and his ability to deliver exceptional results for Perth business owners and investors. His approach adopts an investor’s mindset to every transaction, which has helped commercial owners across WA optimise their returns, strengthen tenant relationships, and improve the overall performance of their assets.
Since PPM introduced its commercial property management division at it’s headquarters (based in West Perth, WA) Vaughan has led the team through an impressive phase of growth and recognition, building a reputation for industry-leading best practice and client-first service.
Under his leadership, PPM’s commercial team continues to expand its footprint while maintaining a steadfast focus on leasing and property management only – a deliberate decision that allows the team to provide the highest level of service without the distraction of commercial sales.
Acknowledging the Team Behind the Success
In receiving the award, Vaughan shared his gratitude to both REIWA and his team at Perth Property Management, emphasising that the recognition is a reflection of the agency’s collective dedication:
“It’s an incredible honour to receive this award for the second year in a row. I’m proud to represent Perth Property Management and our amazing team who continue to go above and beyond for our clients every day.
Their hard work, professionalism, and shared passion for helping property owners achieve the best possible results are what make recognition like this possible.”

A Shared Legacy of Property Management Excellence in WA
PPM’s Principal, Kristy Copping, said she couldn’t be prouder of Vaughan’s continued success, highlighting his commitment to clients and his contribution to the agency’s growing reputation in the commercial sector.
“Vaughan has put an incredible amount of time and effort into helping commercial owners maximise their assets. His approach, professionalism and results truly speak for themselves, and this award is so well deserved.

Kristy, who has been named Residential Property Manager of the Year multiple times at both state and national levels, continues to lead the residential division, while Vaughan oversees PPM’s growing portfolio of commercial assets across Western Australia. Together, they have positioned PPM as one of the most awarded and respected property management agencies in the country.
