I started PPM, so I could do what I am passionate about every single day of my life - Property Management. I have worked as a property manager in many large agencies and many agencies claiming to be "property management specialists". What I found, however, is that the focus of these agencies is actually on many forms of transactions within the business (sales, buyers agents, developments, finance etc.). I struggled with this as I felt property investors deserved better. They deserved amazing service, communication, and accountability from their property manager!

 

Our unique approach to property management does just that and is driven by our desire to be a relationship-based property management provider NOT a transactional service provider like many others. I don't report to any shareholders, franchise groups or sales departments. Therefore, I work closely with all our clients at PPM to ensure they get maximum value out of our services.
