I started PPM, so I could do what I am passionate about every single day of my life – Property Management. I have worked as a property manager in many large agencies and many agencies claiming to be “property management specialists”. What I found, however, is that the focus of these agencies is actually on many forms of transactions within the business (sales, buyers agents, developments, finance etc.). I struggled with this as I felt property investors deserved better. They deserved amazing service, communication, and accountability from their property manager!
